The Opportunity: As a growth hacker, you will work on driving the company's monetization and PLG efforts and overall awareness, adoption, engagement, and monetization of our platform. Primarily by defining and executing monetization and PLG strategies that increase revenue and usage.

Location: Remote-first, NYC (applicants must be NY State residents or planning to move to NY)

Work Hours: Full-time (flexible working hours, paid vacation time)

Responsibilities:

• Define and execute monetization and PLG strategies to identify growth opportunities
• Work closely with BD & engineering on the design and execution of monetization elements within our platform and beyond
• Measure KPI, review campaigns, A/B test content, and analyze performance, data, and user feedback to optimize user experience.
• Grow strategic client accounts and support the sales operations of the company
• Drive strategies to expand the company’s revenue growth, customer acquisition, and customer retention efforts
• Pinpointing issues that are hampering growth for the business

Requirements:

• +2 years of industry experience in monetization, product management, data analysis, sales, digital marketing and/or growth management.
• In-depth knowledge of monetization and PLG strategies and methods
• Data-driven and creative mind.
• Understanding of 3D, augmented and virtual reality technologies
• Exceptional written and oral communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Proven experience in execution and full ownership of projects.
• Attention to detail with an eye for aesthetics.
• A passion for problem solving and “roll up your sleeves” demeanor
• US work authorization
• Bachelor’s degree in business-related field – an advantage.
