We're excited to launch our Summer 2025 Internship Program focusing on Family, Trust & Safety (FT&S) - a core pillar of our work. This program is designed to nurture future safety professionals, provide real-world experience in the tech-safety space, and identify talented individuals who share our passion for creating safer digital environments for youth.
What You'll Do
Core Responsibilities:
Conduct comparative research on global family-focused online safety frameworks
Analyze game and app safety models
Draft parent- and youth-facing educational content
Help build a trust & safety playbook for developers
Track global conversations on online harms and child digital rights
Team Collaboration:
Work closely with product, design, engineering, marketing, and Family Trust & Safety teams
Attend weekly syncs with the Family Trust & Safety lead
Contribute to internal documentation and knowledge bases
Key Deliverables
A strategic report on global trust & safety frameworks for youth
Landscape mapping of family and youth safety concerns in digital environments
Recommendations for best practices for developers and platforms
Weekly insights/memos tied to real-world product questions or policy developments
Optional blog or internal article (with guidance)

Qualifications
MUST be a current student at one of the Singapore-based universities
Graduate or upper-year undergraduate student with interests in child safety, human rights, psychology, public policy, or youth digital engagement
Strong research and analytical skills
Excellent written and verbal communication
Passion for creating safer digital spaces for children and teens
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Program Details
Duration: 10+ weeks (May/June to August/September 2025)
Location: In-person/Hybrid in Singapore
Commitment: Full-time (40hrs/week)
Stipend: Competitive monthly stipend provided
