What you'll be doing:
As our Marketing Manager, you will lead go-to-market for our suite of products, create and execute campaigns to drive product growth, and generate customer insights that inform Sanlo’s product strategy. You’ll work across the entire product lifecycle, from helping shape the product, to driving launch and commercialization, to growing product adoption post-launch.
You’ll be responsible for:
Scoping and executing marketing strategies and tactics to reach developers and drive adoption
Building the overall marketing strategy, measure and iterate to reach our core customer demographic
Developing brand and product narratives, sales and marketing materials and distribution channels
Working closely with a cross-functional team—product, business development, design, and engineering—to develop go-to-market strategy and drive growth initiatives
Working closely with and support Business Development and Partnerships
Talking regularly with customers and prospects and using insights to inform your work
Developing Sanlo’s products’ positioning and messaging informed by user research, insights, and deep understanding of the product
We're looking for someone with:
Experience (3+ years) in Product Marketing and / or Growth in a fast-paced tech company or start-up.
A storyteller with deep empathy for users and ability to adapt communication to best reach and engage the audience.
Passion about gaming eco-system, product and tech and excitement about building incredible product experiences
User centricity, coupled with passion and drive to change the complexity of the financial products for the better.
High attention to detail and deep understanding how to create resonating messages and content that are in line with what our customers are looking for.
Experience in partnering with Sales teams to coordinate, communicate, and deliver offers and campaigns that resonate deeply with customers.
Strong quantitative analytical ability.
Experience driving complex, multi-faceted products with multiple partners across the organization based on qualitative and quantitative insights.
Great interpersonal skills and strong verbal and written communication. You can collaborate and thrive in a productive, healthy debate with mutual respect and shared goals. You make complex concepts accessible with clear communication.
Experience working in developer tooling and/or gaming
