What you'll be doing:

As Product Manager, this is an exciting opportunity for you to put your unique stamp on all aspects of new products designed to improve gaming companies’ monetization. We are looking for great talent from mobile background who are passionate about their work and share our belief in impact of the best-in-class financing and business management tooling can have on success of a gaming company.

In this role, you’ll be focused on driving business growth by defining the product strategy and roadmap, and owning key optimizations through all stages of the user lifecycle. You’ll spend time understanding our customers’ needs as well as player psychology, dive into the data to understand behaviors, and sharpen your instincts to anticipate opportunities that will change the trajectory of our product. You’ll also work with credit risk, data, third-party vendors and providers, design, engineering, marketing, and other teams to ensure that our product provides a top-notch experience.

We’re looking for someone who will:

  • Be passionate about our mission to empower game developers to build products that people love.

  • Define and execute on the strategy, product roadmap and prioritization of Sanlo’s product designs to help game developers drive monetization and improve user acquisition.

  • Develop and consistently maintain a deep knowledge of best business practices and tactics in gaming, regularly playing games and participating in the industry communities.

  • Design, implement, and evaluate experiments to test hypotheses and continuously iterate to improve engagement, retention, and monetization.

  • Collaborate with product, design and engineering teams to ensure payment solutions integrate seamlessly with Sanlo products.

  • Effectively set timelines and manage cross-functional project teams to meet deadlines through proactive management of blockers, scope, shifting priorities, and risks.

  • Inspire and build culture with an incredible team.

  • Be comfortable with minimal supervision and have a high sense of accountability.

  • Establish goals and ensure success is measurable.

  • Report directly to the CEO and directly influence product priorities.

We're looking for someone with:

  • 3+ years of experience in Live Operations experience in F2P games is a must for this role.

  • Product management experience identifying and driving initiatives to drive monetization, retention and user acquisition for a game or a portfolio of games.

  • Deep understanding of needs and success metrics of a gaming company.

  • Experience in a fast-paced environment with a track record of leading ambitious projects from 0-to-1.

  • An analytical, data-driven approach to facilitate good architectural and product decisions.

  • Experience working closely with engineers to build products.

  • Experience driving complex, multi-faceted products with multiple partners across the organization based on qualitative and quantitative insights.

  • Great interpersonal skills and strong verbal and written communication. You can collaborate and thrive in a productive, healthy debate with mutual respect and shared goals. You make complex concepts accessible with clear communication.

  • High attention to detail, including precise and effective communications with customers/partners.

  • User centricity, coupled with passion and drive to change the complexity of the financial products for the better.

Bonus Points

  • Experience in a B2B software start-up or fintech.
