About the job

The Sky Mavis Finance team is seeking an Account Receivables Specialist who will play a crucial role in overseeing and enhancing the accounts receivable functions across entities. This position requires a strategic thinker with a keen understanding of the games, blockchain industry.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the entire accounts receivable function.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures for invoicing, payment processing, and account reconciliations.
• Conduct financial analysis and reporting on receivables status, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting standards.
• Work closely with the Finance Operation specialist to develop strategies for optimizing cash flow and reducing receivables aging.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of accounts receivable professionals.
• Coordinate with other departments to resolve any issues related to customer billing and collections.
• Liaise with external stakeholders, including customers, auditors, and financial institutions.
