About the Role
As our Product Marketing Manager, you will be at the forefront of shaping how our Web3 products and services, NFT marketplace, wallet, and bridging solutions are perceived and adopted by millions of users worldwide. You’ll lead the development of go-to-market strategies, craft compelling narratives around our offerings, and ensure that our upcoming February product launch is nothing short of spectacular. The ideal candidate is a self-starter adept at juggling multiple priorities, working under pressure, and rallying cross-functional teams toward successful outcomes.
Duties & Responsibilities
1. Go-to-Market Strategy
- Develop and execute go-to-market plans for new features and product launches within the Sky Mavis ecosystem (NFT marketplace, wallet, bridging solutions).
- Analyze competitive landscapes and market trends to uniquely position our offerings in the Web3 space.
2. Product Positioning & Messaging
- Create compelling, audience-specific product positioning and messaging that resonates with creators, traders, and gaming enthusiasts.
- Collaborate with product and design teams to craft impactful narratives that highlight the value of our Web3 solutions.
3. Marketing Campaigns & Content
- Plan, execute, and measure integrated marketing campaigns (email, social, paid ads, partnerships) to drive product awareness and user adoption.
- Oversee the creation of high-impact marketing content (whitepapers, webinars, blog posts, videos) tailored to various segments of the Sky Mavis community.
4. User Research & Insights
- Conduct user interviews, competitive analyses, and market research to understand user needs, motivations, and pain points.
- Partner with product management to turn insights into actionable product roadmaps and enhancements.
5. Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Support to ensure a unified product experience and messaging.
- Team up with Business Development to identify and pursue strategic partnerships that expand product reach and revenue potential.
6. Performance Analytics & Optimization
- Define and track key product marketing metrics (MAUs, user retention, campaign ROI, etc.).
- Leverage data-driven insights to continuously refine and optimize marketing strategies and messaging.
